Ojarikre Udu Msc
Registered Nutritional Therapist

"Everyone has a right to good health and the quality of life that this provides."

Cristazone is a healthcare practice founded by Nutritional Therapist Ojarikre Udu, based in London Bridge just 5 minutes from the mainline and tube stations.

We focus on helping people find solutions for long standing chronic health conditions.

Our specialism is uterine fibroids, a bothersome condition that impacts many women and can have a significantly negative impact on the quality of life of those affected.

Talks & Presentations

An important part of the work we do is sharing knowledge about health and nutrition. If this is something you feel your organisation (community groups are welcome) would benefit from, get in touch and find out how we can help.

The therapy process consists of 4 key steps:

  1. Fact finding
  2. Diagnostic testing
  3. Applied therapy
  4. Supplementation

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is the promotion of health through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support.

It is a whole-body approach to nutrition and lifestyle medicine that addresses the potential underlying causes of ill-health, rather than focusing on symptoms.

Evidence-informed, it involves a wide range of tools which are used to assess individual health status and identify potential nutritional imbalances that may be contributing to symptoms. The focus is always on the individual client.

More than food

Helping people to understand what foods are best for good health is one part of what we do. However, lifestyle change is the key to resolving many of the health issues that we provide support for. As well as dietary/nutritional changes, this can include managing emotional health, stress management and monitoring levels of physical activity.

We use the top European diagnostic testing laboratories as part of the process to find solutions for the fibroid cases presented to us:

Why do we focus on fibroids?

It is often said that health is the foundation of everything, get it right and the world is your oyster. It can be so easy to take good health for granted unless you have some insight into the struggles that others are having.

Fibroids receives such little attention, yet the condition is widespread and for a significant proportion of women it can make life extremely difficult. Pain, infertility, body image issues and dysfunctional menstrual cycles are just some of the issues faced as a result.

There are surgical solution and other less invasive procedures, but these come with their own issues that can make the next steps, once a fibroid diagnosis has been made, less than certain. Many women are not aware of the range of procedures available to them, let alone the alternative therapy options that are able to provide significant support.

Lack of awareness of uterine fibroids creates health inequalities that should be considered unacceptable in the 21st century. We aim to do our part eradicating such inequalities.
